Accommodation for the conference is available in the University Pollock Halls which are close to the University campus (15 minute walk) and the city centre. Click here for map of the area. The accommodation is 2 and 3 Star rated.

There are 4 types of room available -

• 2 Star Standard Single room This is a room for one person with shared bathroom facilities.
  Price per night £39.00.
  

• 2 Star En-suite single room.
  Price per night £50.00.
  

• 3 Star En-suite double room. (limited availability)
  This is a room with one large bed for two persons with private bathroom facilities.
  Price per night £91 (£45.50 per person).
  

• 3 Star En-suite twin room. (limited availability)
  This is a room with two single beds for two persons with private bathroom facilities.

At this time of the year, Edinburgh is a very popular tourist destination. With 4 universities and a large conference centre, the guest houses, B&Bs and self catering apartments soon fill up. Please try to book your accommodation as soon as possible, late applications may have to be accommodated some distance from the university.

BOOKING INFORMATION FOR UNIVERSITY ACCOMMODATION

To book university accommodation please fill in the University application form.

Full payment is required when booking university accommodation, information on payment will be sent to you when your booking has been accepted.

Cancellation of university accommodation

If you cancel your booking a cancellation charge of up to 100% of the cost will apply.

We urge you to take out travel insurance to cover cancellation charges.


Any refunds will be paid at the end of September and a £10 administration fee will apply.
