This B&B has a Scottish Tourist Board rating of four stars. The building
is a Victorian semi-detached villa and is set in a quiet residential area.
Views from the front bedrooms look out onto the local bowling green. The
house is completely non-smoking.
All
bedrooms are very spacious, furnished to a high standard and are equipped
with satellite television, a hairdryer and tea/coffee making facilities. Two
of the three rooms offer en-suite facilities while the third has it's own
private bathroom.
A full Scottish breakfast is included in the price. You can choose from cereal,
yogurt, fruit, bacon, sausage, egg, tomato, toast etc. Vegetarians are catered
for.
You will be close to a major bus route and Edinburgh's main attractions like the
Castle and Princes street are only a 10 minute journey away.
